Refund policy

All items are custom made and CANNOT be exchanged.  Once your order has been made, it is yours.  Refunds are handled case by case.  Please email Heart2Hand with any problems that you're experiencing with your order. Email is located below.

Snowglobe Orders: Air bubbles are natural and do not qualify the product for a refund. 

Heart2Hand is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages, and you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
